The World Champion adapted to Kalex’s 2015 machine seamlessly and topped the times with a 1:34.844s lap, an improvement on what he managed on his ’14 bike the week before. “We've had two really productive days here at Valencia and my feeling with the 2015 Kalex is really good,” said Rabat, who will be the first defending Moto2 World Champion. “ We have tested a lot of things again today, but I've also had to adapt slightly my riding style to get more from the bike, and that's worked well here too.” Johann Zarco (Ajo), Jonas Folger (AGR), Luis Salom (Pons) and Xavier Simeon (Gresini) were next on the time sheets. Alex Marquez had a difficult Moto2 debut, registering only 12th fastest on his first test on a Kalex, 1s behind Rabat. On the other hand his former Moto3 teammate Alex Rins settled in quickly, eighth fastest for Pons. 20 GPWEEK.com // 20 GPWEEK.com // PARTNERS:
