>>MOTOGPCHAT thMICHAEL SCOTT floor? No, no. No futon. European style. After 10 years staying in Europe I have got used to it. I like the food, the people, the culture. Also the mentality. I can’t speak Italian, but I really enjoy European life. What’s your best night out? I’m not much to go out. When I was living in Barcelona I was shocked, because people go out at nine or ten o’clock, then they meet after dinner at midnight, and go to a disco or something. My friends invited me sometimes, but for me once or twice a year is enough. How about a quiet evening in a restaurant … do you prefer Japanese or Italian food? I miss sushi, of course. When I come back to Japan I go straight to a sushi restaurant. But also I love pasta. Even in Japan I go to Italian restaurants! 21
