Le Mans invites F1 dissidents > F1NEWS> THE Le Mans 24 Hours would welcome walk- away Formula 1 teams with open arms, the organising ACO body’s general manager Remy Brouard has said. As the basic regulations for the next two years of the race were made public, Brouard said that the ACO would not only be willing to welcome new manufacturers into the sport, but would invite them to propose suggestions for the future technical regulations. “There is no ideal figure, the more the better. They [the F 1 teams] are welcome here. If they want to make proposals, we will listen.” Ferrari, Renault, BMW, McLaren and Toyota have all competed at the legendary 24 hour race.
