GP Week : Issue 59
Campos set to name drivers > F1NEWS> ADRIAN Campos is believed to be preparing to name his eponymous F1 Team’s 2010 driver line-up at this weekend’s European Grand Prix, in his home city of Valencia. Recent rumours suggest that Campos will unveil 38-year-old Pedro de la Rosa as his lead driver, with the current McLaren tester understood to have signed a twoyear contract for the start-up operation. It is the name of the team’s second driver, however, which is causing the greatest questions to be asked. Some sources claim that Bruno Senna is close to the seat, while others believe that Giorgio Pantano, in whose hands was Campos’ GP2 team transformed from also-rans to race winners, will be given a shot. 9
