He returned to the pits for repairs and rejoined, but was one lap short of being classified. Lorenzo’s 313 points mean he can go home now and still be champion. Stay- at-home Pedrosa has 228, but Rossi is closing and up to third with 181 points to Stoner’s 180 and Dovizioso’s 179. 41
